About the role

We are seeking a remote Video Editing Expert to review, evaluate, and refine interview‑style video content. This contract position offers flexible hours and competitive hourly rates.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve interview video content and post‑production workflows.
• Assess technical execution, narrative structure, and creative choices.
• Provide detailed feedback on storytelling, pacing, and editing decisions.
• Evaluate and enhance AI‑generated interview materials for authenticity and clarity.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve training data and evaluation protocols.
• Ensure audio synchronization, color correction, and motion graphics meet industry best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum professional video editing experience.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
• Strong grasp of storytelling, narrative structure, cutting, and pacing techniques.
• Proven experience in audio editing and synchronization.
• Solid understanding of color correction, color grading, and motion graphics basics.
