About the role
Join Prestige Travel Agency by Mich as a Remote Customer Service Representative and help craft unforgettable luxury travel experiences. You will be the primary point of contact for clients throughout their journey, from booking to post‑trip follow‑up, ensuring a seamless and personalized service.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Assist with luxury and leisure travel bookings, changes, cancellations, and special requests.
- Provide accurate information on destinations, travel requirements, and agency policies.
- Coordinate booking details, confirm itineraries, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Proactively follow up with clients before and after travel to ensure satisfaction.
- Address client concerns with empathy and solution‑oriented thinking.
Required profile
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Customer‑service experience, preferably in travel or hospitality.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple requests.
- Self‑motivated, reliable, and comfortable working remotely.

- Proficiency with standard office software and online booking platforms.
