Record to Report Processor – Financial Reporting Analyst

About the role

Accenture is looking for a Record to Report Processor to join its finance and accounting team. The role supports finance operations through data analysis, financial reporting, and transaction reconciliation, helping internal stakeholders make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and potential issues.
• Prepare, maintain, and deliver accurate financial and operational reports.
• Perform account reconciliations and transaction reviews to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Collect, validate, and organize financial information from multiple sources.
• Support month‑end and period‑end financial close activities.
• Investigate and resolve routine accounting and reporting discrepancies.
• Document analytical findings and communicate results clearly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support reporting requirements and process improvements.
• Ensure the integrity and quality of financial data used for reporting and analysis.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, financial reporting or reconciliations.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to transform complex data into insights.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting processes.
• Intermediate English proficiency (B1) for professional written and verbal communication.
• Technical Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, CA, Cost Management, or related field.
