Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

AppleTech is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join its team for a 2‑3 month contract. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of SaaS‑based applications across fintech, healthcare, eCommerce and education domains.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases and test scenarios.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, GUI and end‑to‑end tests on web and software applications.
• Perform API testing using Postman and validate data flows.
• Test SaaS product features such as subscription plans, billing, renewals, upgrades and user lifecycle workflows.
• Log, track and report defects in Jira, providing clear reproduction steps.
• Collaborate closely with developers to communicate defects and verify fixes.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of hands‑on manual testing experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
