About the role

We are looking for a Chemistry Specialist to support the development of AI-driven scientific content. This remote contract position involves analyzing complex chemistry documents and creating high‑quality questions and answers that improve model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret scientific papers, datasets, and technical documents related to chemistry.
• Develop, review, and refine challenging questions and answers for AI training.
• Apply analytical techniques to extract key insights from provided materials.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure scientific rigor and clarity.
• Provide feedback on model outputs and help improve system performance.
• Maintain accuracy, relevance, and integrity of all chemistry‑related data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry or a closely related field.
• Relevant experience in academia, laboratory, or industry settings.
• Strong ability to read, comprehend, and analyze technical documents.
• Excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Experience in data retrieval, computation, and analytical reasoning.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
