Project Manager

About the role

Freudenberg Medical is seeking a Project Manager to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from planning through transfer to manufacturing. You will ensure efficient execution, alignment with objectives, and compliance with medical industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead NPI projects from concept to production launch.
• Develop, manage, and track project schedules, ensuring milestones are met.
• Control project budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain) and external customers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing clear communication and follow‑up.
• Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and monitor technical activities such as validations and process transfers.
• Prepare and present status reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management and NPI processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electromechanical, Electronic, Materials Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the medical device industry or a regulated manufacturing environment.
• At least 2 years experience in a Project Management role leading cross‑functional projects.
