Project Manager III

About the role

The Project Manager III supports the delivery of small projects or components of larger initiatives within a PMO environment. Reporting to senior project managers, the role coordinates resources, tracks progress, and ensures compliance with governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare agendas, distribute minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Maintain project trackers, meeting notes, and action‑item logs; assist in creating templates, reports, and presentations for leadership.
• Ensure project documentation aligns with PMO standards, monitor governance checkpoints, and flag gaps.
• Update status reports and dashboards, track deliverables and dependencies across teams.
• Collect and organize evidence for SOX control activities and support audit preparation.
• Assist deployment planning, track issue logs, and support post‑deployment follow‑up.
• Provide documentation and coordination support for Medicare‑related initiatives and regulatory deliverables.
• Maintain shared project folders, version control, and general support for project managers and team leads.
• Communicate regularly with internal teams to gather updates and foster cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and at least three years of project‑management experience, or six years of experience without a degree.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one project‑management methodology such as PMP/PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile (CSM), Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, or CCMP.
• Familiarity with Office 365 tools.

• Project‑management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
• Collaboration platforms such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
• Advanced Excel functions – formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP.
• Methodologies: PMP/PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile (CSM), Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, CCMP.
