Project Manager – FinTech Implementation

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the implementation and upgrade of FinTech solutions for a leading client. You will guide projects from concept through delivery, coordinating internal teams and external customers to ensure successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and upgrade new and existing customer solutions.
• Take projects from original concept through final implementation, working with internal resources and external customers.
• Manage multiple implementation tasks across internal groups to meet client requirements.
• Provide continuous project feedback and status updates to key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, task lists, and documentation.
• Offer occasional after‑hours support for client implementations.
• Maintain consistent standards for project status reporting.
• Contribute to knowledge‑base maintenance and ensure technical accuracy of design documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience in software or banking.
• Experience using Waterfall methodologies.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
• Flexibility to work in shifts as needed.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Preferred: exposure to financial services, PMP/CAPM or Scrum Master certification, Six Sigma.
