Project Architect

About the role

The Project Architect will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver architectural projects from concept through construction. You will coordinate consultants, manage documentation, and ensure technical solutions meet client expectations while fostering open communication and accountability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all project phases, including documentation set‑up and construction administration.
• Control schedules, budgets, and coordination with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Guarantee delivery of architectural and technical aspects, selecting specifications and materials.
• Resolve complex design and technical issues during document preparation and construction.
• Prepare accurate technical documents, participate in pre‑construction, RFIs, and value‑engineering activities.
• Oversee construction administration, quality control, and submittal reviews.
• Produce architectural drawings, conduct site inspections, and coordinate with structural, MEP, lighting, AV, landscape, and civil consultants.
• Facilitate communication among project team, clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and permitting officials.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Architecture or foreign equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of architectural design experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and construction administration software.
• 100% bilingual in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication.
• Working knowledge of national and international building codes and construction standards.
• Experience with mid‑scale to large construction projects and the full project lifecycle.
• Strong leadership, relationship‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
