People Experience & Development Program Manager – Sourcing Performance Operations

About the role

The Sourcing Performance Operations (SPO) team is looking for an innovative, data‑driven Program Manager to shape and deliver people experience initiatives that boost employee engagement, culture, and satisfaction. You will design, launch, and monitor programs that attract, retain, and develop top talent across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research (interviews, surveys, focus groups) to capture employee feedback and map the employee journey.
• Design and execute end‑to‑end employee experience programs covering onboarding, development, recognition, and cultural celebrations.
• Analyze satisfaction metrics, build engagement dashboards, and implement data‑based improvements.
• Lead the Recognition Program and develop reward frameworks aligned with company values.
• Create mentorship, team‑building, and learning initiatives that drive high performance.
• Manage program roadmaps, budgets, timelines, and report outcomes to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to think big, dive deep, and handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience measuring program impact using employee feedback and business metrics.
