About the role
The People Operations Coordinator – Information Technology is responsible for coordinating and executing People Organization operational activities that support the IT organization across all PriceSmart countries. This role ensures operational excellence throughout the employee lifecycle by managing talent acquisition, onboarding, off‑boarding, workforce administration, organizational changes, reporting and employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate talent acquisition, onboarding, and off‑boarding processes for the IT function.
- Administer workforce data, organizational changes, and reporting activities.
- Drive execution of People Organization processes and operational priorities.
- Provide exceptional service to leaders, employees, and candidates.
- Maintain employee experience and support organizational change initiatives.
Required profile
- Strong organizational skills with proactive follow‑through.
- Sound judgment and ability to anticipate business needs.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
