Paid Social Media Buyer

About the role

Lilo Social is seeking a Paid Social Media Buyer to own the strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid social campaigns for a portfolio of direct‑to‑consumer eCommerce clients. You will collaborate closely with creative teams, analyse performance data, and maintain strong client relationships through data‑driven recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Strategise, launch and optimise paid social campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok for multiple client accounts.
• Manage daily budgets, bid strategies and pacing to meet revenue and ROAS targets.
• Conduct A/B testing across audiences, placements, creative formats and messaging.
• Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights for optimisation.
• Work with creative strategists and designers to give performance feedback and develop testing hypotheses.
• Build and refine audience segments using custom audiences, lookalikes and interest‑based targeting.
• Monitor and troubleshoot pixel implementation, conversion tracking and attribution.
• Prepare and present weekly or bi‑weekly performance reports highlighting wins, learnings and next steps.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage multiple paid‑social accounts while delivering consistent ROAS improvement.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication skills to keep clients informed and satisfied.
• Collaborative attitude to work effectively with creative, project and account teams.
