Operational Training - Front Line Manager

About the role

The Operational Training – Front Line Manager leads a multidisciplinary team of Trainers, Content Developers, and Instructional Designers across several business units. The role ensures training effectiveness through observation, data‑driven reporting, and management of critical project lifecycles, including international expansions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a diverse training team, conducting one‑on‑ones, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
• Design, implement, and track training initiatives such as eLearning courses, LMS completion, video materials, user guides, and instructor‑led sessions.
• Maintain operational targets for new hires, ensure trainer satisfaction, and recertify trainer skills through mandatory observations.
• Analyze training feedback, monitor nesting periods, and create action plans to improve metrics.
• Oversee active projects, establish training standards for expansion, and coordinate with local stakeholders.
• Produce weekly and monthly KPI dashboards, partnering with internal and US leadership, talent teams, and Quality Assurance.
• Manage tool licenses, budget, and hiring processes related to training operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of managerial experience leading training teams.
• At least 4 years of hands‑on experience as a Trainer, Content Developer, or Instructional Designer.
• Proficient English (minimum C1 level).
• 2+ years managing high‑volume training calendars across multiple business units.

Required skills

• Advanced experience with Articulate 360.
• Proficiency in Gemini, Notebook LM, or other AI tools for content creation.
• Strong analytical ability to translate metrics into actionable insights.
• Experience with change management and global function transitions.
• Knowledge of Salesforce LMS and internal tracking systems for reporting production hours.
