Product Trainer – Workday Financials

About the role

Workday is looking for a Product Trainer to deliver engaging, high‑impact training on its Financials suite. You will become an expert in the Workday product portfolio and help customers, partners, and internal colleagues master the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Complete Workday’s training and qualification program to achieve product proficiency.
• Lead full‑day training sessions in English for diverse audiences, including customers, partners, and Workday employees.
• Deliver dynamic onsite and virtual presentations that boost learner engagement and knowledge retention.
• Apply a variety of facilitation techniques to equip participants with practical tools for success.
• Stay current on software updates and quickly learn new features using self‑learning resources.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to present complex information clearly to large groups.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, customer‑focused mindset.
