About the role
CooperSurgical is seeking a diligent Production Operator to join its manufacturing team. You will work on assembly lines that produce medical devices supporting fertility and women’s health solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Perform assembly duties across one or more production cells.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area, cleaning your workstation daily.
- Follow written methods, procedures, and supervisor directions for all products.
- Wear required attire, including uniforms or clean‑room garments.
- Carry out additional tasks assigned by management and comply with company behavior policies.
Required profile
- Ability to fill out forms and perform basic math operations.
- High attention to detail and precision.
- Good hand‑eye coordination.
- Previous experience working on production lines.
Required skills
- Manual assembly experience.
- Knowledge of assembly procedures.
- Proficiency with hand tools.
- Experience operating computerized control equipment.
