Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of automation engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience leading automation projects from concept and design through production deployment.
Experience in regulated industries such as Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Electronics, or Advanced Manufacturing.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, CAP, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, Lean Manufacturing, or PLC/Robotics/Industrial Automation certifications.

Required skills

PLC programming and integration.
Robotics system design and implementation.
Industrial automation technologies and control systems.
