Mid Software Engineer – AI Backend & MLOps (LATAM)

About the role

We are building a LATAM AI Scrum Team to drive the next phase of our global AI roadmap. As a Mid Software Engineer you will work on production‑grade AI systems, helping to scale capabilities across North America while collaborating with a high‑impact, cross‑functional team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI backend services using Python and FastAPI.
• Implement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI search frameworks.
• Own end‑to‑end model lifecycle management (MLOps/LLMOps) and AI evaluation pipelines.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and ensure engineering quality.
• Contribute to platform scalability and reliability on GCP/Vertex AI.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience building production AI systems.
• Strong background in backend development with Python (FastAPI preferred).
• Hands‑on experience with LLM‑based systems, RAG pipelines, or AI agents.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially GCP and Vertex AI.
