Junior Implementations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Implementations Specialist to lead multiple client implementation projects from analysis through support. You will work closely with clients via phone, email and web channels, ensuring smooth configuration, testing and training of our financial technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multi‑phase implementation projects with defined timelines.
• Track, organize, document and communicate all implementation activities for each client.
• Act as liaison between internal teams and clients across multiple product offerings.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise, resolve moderately complex product or technical issues.
• Conduct client training sessions, presentations and guide clients through setup and testing.
• Assist in documenting and reviewing implementation procedures.
• Report progress to senior management and manage time tracking in Clarity.
• Occasionally respond to off‑hour work requests.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or 1‑3 years relevant experience.
• Experience managing client expectations, delivering communications and conducting meetings.
• Proven ability to manage project deliverables and keep stakeholders on track.
• Experience implementing products for external customers in different geographies.
• Familiarity with the financial industry, especially banks, savings‑and‑loan institutions or credit unions.
