Junior Business Intelligence Analyst – Power BI

About the role

The Junior Business Intelligence Analyst will transform data into actionable insights that support both internal decision‑making at Bacardi and external stakeholder reporting. Working closely with senior management and department heads, you will design, build, and maintain Power BI solutions that drive the spirits business forward.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards based on business requirements.
• Write and optimise DAX and Power Query (M) scripts for data modelling and report creation.
• Collaborate with specialists to refine data sources, ensure data quality, and align key performance indicators.
• Utilise Power BI Service features such as incremental refresh and data flows.
• Identify performance improvements for dashboards and reports.
• Support basic Power Automate workflow maintenance and automation tasks.
• Work with large datasets under guidance from senior team members.
• Stay current with Power BI best practices and new features.
• Develop automation tools within the Microsoft ecosystem (Power Automate, SharePoint, Power Apps).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Finance or Business Administration.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• At least 1 year of experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Effective communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Team player with a passion for continuous learning.
