Industrial Sales Order Verification Assistant

About the role

The Industrial Sales Order Verification Assistant supports the Operations team by checking online orders, handling sales and customer correspondence, and ensuring timely shipment reporting. This fully remote, desk‑based position works closely with the Operations Supervisor to maintain accurate order records and vendor communications.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct online order verification and process certifications.
• Monitor back‑orders, expedite vendor and customer requests, and prepare daily/weekly late‑shipment reports.
• Maintain the ARM log, REL reports, and other operational documentation.
• Provide electronic copies of packing slips, invoices, and respond to customer administrative requests.
• Analyze lost orders (REL) and support vendor invoice verification.
• Review daily invoices and shipments (GPDB) and manage literature request functions.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
• Basic reading, math, and accurate typing skills.
• Legible handwriting and strong communication abilities.
• Organizational skills to handle multiple reporting tasks.

Required skills

• Experience with an ERP system (MWS Business Central).
• Proficiency in remote communication tools such as email, phone and messaging platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
