Independent Neuropsychologist (Contract) – Costa Rica

About the role

R3 Continuum is seeking an independent Neuropsychologist to join its Evaluation and Independent Psychological Examination (IPE) network in Costa Rica. This contract position offers a flexible, case‑by‑case schedule serving concierge‑level clients who require in‑office psychological or neuropsychological assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑office psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for individual clients.
• Prepare detailed reports using R3’s HIPAA‑compliant online portal.
• Complete R3’s online evaluation and IPE training modules.
• Maintain a private practice location for client appointments.

Required profile

• Independently licensed psychologist in good standing in Costa Rica.
• Doctorate (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical or Forensic Psychology with a specialization in Neuropsychology.
• Minimum two years post‑license experience conducting Independent Medical Examinations, fitness‑for‑duty assessments, or neuropsychological assessments.
• Access to a private practice space.
• Willingness to use the online HIPAA‑compliant portal and complete required training.
