Full-Stack Web Developer & Designer (Figma-Focused)

About the role

We are seeking a versatile Full‑Stack Web Developer and Designer to lead website projects from concept through launch. The ideal candidate blends strong visual design skills in Figma with hands‑on development expertise in WordPress and Elementor, ensuring sites are beautiful, fast, and conversion‑focused.

Key responsibilities

• Design website layouts in Figma, creating clear wireframes, typography, spacing, and responsive UI systems.
• Translate designs into fully functional WordPress sites using Elementor, handling CMS setup, forms, plugins, and third‑party integrations.
• Implement on‑page and technical SEO best practices, including proper headings, metadata, URLs, and image alt text.
• Optimize site speed, performance, and Core Web Vitals, and troubleshoot responsiveness or plugin issues.
• Collaborate with creative direction to align visual execution with brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of combined web design and development experience.
• Strong grasp of UX/UI principles, layout systems, and responsive design.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
