FP&A Supply Chain Consultant – Americas

About the role

As part of The Coca‑Cola Company’s Finance Hub, the FP&A Supply Chain Corporate team ensures integrity, transparency and efficiency of key financial processes. In this position you will drive accurate product costing and pricing, providing insights that support innovation and operational excellence across multiple regions in the Americas.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, release and maintain product standard costs and related SAP master data for new launches or reformulations at assigned plants.
• Execute material re‑costing based on Bill of Material changes, analyze cost impacts and validate results.
• Lead Pricing and Purchase Price Variance (PPV) processes, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Oversee daily deliverables from third‑party service providers, validating work against internal controls.
• Serve as primary contact for costing and pricing escalations, resolving complex issues.
• Coordinate internal and external audit requirements for costing, revenue and volume reporting.
• Promote global standards and best practices in cost and pricing management.
• Reconcile Cost of Goods Sold clearing accounts for timely financial recognition.
• Identify process‑optimization opportunities, prepare performance metrics and align teams.
• Contribute finance expertise to global initiatives such as S/4HANA deployments and supply‑chain transformations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years progressive experience in finance, accounting or supply‑chain costing.
• Professional accounting designation (CIMA, ACCA) preferred.
• Proven proficiency with SAP or similar integrated manufacturing systems.
• Strong digital and data literacy, able to leverage analytics for decision support.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese) a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and manage external service providers.
