Flutter Mobile Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Mobile Engineer to join an enterprise client’s immersive exhibition project. The role involves creating a highly interactive, user‑facing mobile application that enhances visitor experiences as they move through distinct spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimise cross‑platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using Flutter.
• Implement smooth, engaging 2D animations that match the interactive aesthetic of the exhibition.
• Integrate hardware‑level communication protocols (e.g., Bluetooth, NFC) to enable proximity‑based and real‑time physical interactions.
• Write clean, highly optimised, maintainable code while working full‑time on a weekly schedule.
• Collaborate remotely with the team during Mountain Time business hours.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional cross‑platform mobile development experience with a deep focus on Flutter.
• Proven ability to build and optimise 2D animations within Flutter.
• Strong independent work ethic with immediate productivity from day one.
• Excellent professional communication skills.
• Based in Latin America (Argentina, Mexico, Chile, or Costa Rica) and able to work full‑time remotely.
