Facilities Management Analyst

About the role

The Facilities Management Analyst will support DHL Group's Corporate Real Estate (CRE) team in the Americas, ensuring that facilities, utilities and equipment are managed efficiently and in line with global standards. You will work across multiple sites, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to drive continuous improvement and cost optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Real Estate team with strategic projects and FM service delivery.
• Support facilities teams at various locations and coordinate with FM service vendors.
• Track staffing, third‑party contractors and KPI/SLA performance.
• Inspect sites for quality, safety and environmental compliance.
• Implement technical guidelines, technological innovations and process standardisation.
• Lead cost‑optimisation projects for services and utilities.
• Ensure adherence to global FM standards.

Required profile

• University degree in Industrial, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics (HVAC specialization is a plus).
• 1‑3 years of relevant facilities management experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate English language skills.
• Own vehicle preferred.
