About the role
CBRE is seeking an Operations Management Manager to provide advanced day‑to‑day business operations support for office or property environments. This hands‑on role combines strategic thinking with execution, ensuring that operational initiatives are not only designed but also delivered effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and develop staff, conduct performance evaluations, and manage recruiting and hiring.
- Coordinate daily team activities, set work schedules, assign tasks, and cross‑train employees.
- Oversee complex accounts payable processing, review vendor invoices, and resolve payment inquiries.
- Prepare ad‑hoc reports on revenue, expenses, and other business metrics; manage monthly forecasting for assigned clients or regions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, licensing, real‑estate law, and federal guidelines.
- Maintain data integrity across systems and partner with regional teams to implement best practices.
- Assist in developing training programs, business processes, and system training.
- Communicate policies and initiatives to create consistency across the region.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 3‑5 years of relevant operations or management experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and complex information.
Required skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
