About the role
Tata Consultancy Services is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the SMC LATAM Leadership Team. The role ensures smooth daily operations, manages calendars, coordinates travel, and handles onsite logistics for executive visits in Costa Rica.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily schedules, leadership team calendars, and ROB calendar.
- Coordinate logistics for off‑site events and executive visits, including room bookings, catering, A/V setup, and access badges.
- Prepare, reconcile, and obtain interim approval for expense reports.
- Oversee travel arrangements for the General Manager and staff, covering flights, hotels, ground transport, and airport transfers.
- Maintain SMC LATAM alias structure, assign workstations and lockers, and act as onsite host for visiting Microsoft executives.
- Respond to ad‑hoc requests from the Leadership Team as needed.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in executive support, operations coordination, or administrative roles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
