About the role
Accenture’s Digital Inside Sales team is looking for an EA Renewals Sales Analyst to drive the renewal sales motion for Microsoft Enterprise Agreement contracts. The role focuses on outbound outreach, qualifying leads, and converting renewal opportunities into revenue while identifying upsell and cross‑sell possibilities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end customer renewal process, ensuring timely closure and alignment with client business needs.
- Qualify inbound leads, secure customer commitments, and transition opportunities to Partner Connection Managers.
- Convert renewal leads into a robust revenue pipeline and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across various industries and company sizes.
- Maintain an understanding of customers’ current Microsoft license landscape and promote Microsoft cloud solutions.
Required profile
- Strong sales orientation with experience in renewal or account‑based selling.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with diverse customers and internal partners.
- Results‑driven mindset with a focus on meeting revenue targets.
