Drupal CMS Specialist (Web Producer)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Drupal CMS Specialist to join our digital team. In this Web Producer role you will create, manage, and maintain high‑quality web pages and digital experiences, bridging content, design, and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Build, format, and launch web pages, landing pages, and digital assets using Drupal while adhering to brand guidelines and UX best practices.
• Leverage Drupal core features, contributed modules, layout builders, and content types to structure and update site architecture.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, copywriters, marketers, and developers to turn wireframes and briefs into polished pages.
• Conduct QA testing across browsers and devices, fixing broken links and ensuring responsive design.
• Optimize page load speed, metadata, images, and URLs for SEO and performance.
• Maintain content inventories, manage user permissions, and perform routine audits for accuracy and security.

Required profile

• 1+ years of hands‑on experience building and managing pages in Drupal (preferably Drupal 9/10).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple publishing requests and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Drupal site‑building concepts (content types, taxonomies, views, blocks, layout builders).
• HTML5 and CSS3 for minor style adjustments and layout troubleshooting.
• Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices.
• Basic familiarity with version control (Git) and component‑based content systems such as Paragraphs.
• Experience with digital asset management (DAM) systems and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
