DevOps Engineer – Remote Contract (10‑40 hrs/week)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team on a contract basis. The role is fully remote and offers flexible hours ranging from 10 to 40 per week. You will be responsible for building and maintaining secure, scalable cloud infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage resilient infrastructure on AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Implement and streamline CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable deployments.
• Build and maintain containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate clusters with Kubernetes.
• Automate provisioning and configuration with Terraform and Ansible.
• Monitor system health and performance using Prometheus, Grafana, and centralized logging.
• Manage access controls and secrets using IAM and secrets‑management tools.

Required profile

• Strong experience in Linux system administration and fundamental networking concepts.
• Hands‑on experience with Digital Ocean, AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Infrastructure‑as‑Code practices.
• Knowledge of IAM principles, secrets management, and security best practices.
• Experience designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
