Customer Success Account Manager

About the role

Veeqo is looking for a Customer Success Account Manager to help US‑based sellers adopt and maximise the value of its multi‑channel shipping and inventory management platform. You will guide new users through onboarding, product demos and webinars, ensuring they become active shippers and long‑term customers.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire, onboard and drive feature adoption for small‑to‑medium e‑commerce sellers.
• Conduct product demos, guided onboarding sessions and live webinars.
• Track and report on volume of contacts, appointments booked, webinars delivered, product updates shared and churn risk contacts.
• Provide strategic guidance on shipping optimisation, bulk shipping, and multi‑channel inventory management.
• Identify opportunities for outbound sales as the team expands (expected from Jan 2026).

Required profile

• 2+ years of sales or account‑management experience.
• 3+ years in customer success or a similar client‑facing role.
• Strong analytical ability to assess performance drivers and key metrics.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Self‑starter with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
