About the role

The Compensation Benefits Analyst supports employees by handling benefit‑related inquiries and ensuring timely, accurate resolutions. Working within a contact‑center environment, you will act as a trusted advisor, balancing policy adherence with individual employee needs.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and resolve employee inquiries primarily via cases and email.
• Take ownership of each contact, delivering problem‑solving and customer‑obsessed service.
• Reference FAQs, knowledge‑base articles, and SOPs to resolve issues, escalating when necessary.
• Build trust through empathetic, personalized conversations and adapt case‑management plans to changing employee needs.
• Apply critical thinking to balance process compliance with employee requirements and decide on suitable resolutions.
• Collaborate with partner teams to address cross‑functional issues and improve policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or at least one year of experience working on benefits.
• Experience providing HR or benefits consultation and handling complex employee matters.
• Minimum one year of contact‑center or help‑desk experience.
• Strong attention to detail, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage confidential information and adhere to data‑privacy standards.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
