Client Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Client Operations Manager to own the full lifecycle of our law‑firm client relationships, from contract signing through ongoing delivery of high‑intent leads. This remote, full‑time position will act as the central engine for campaign launches, technical lead distribution, and client communication within our fast‑growing performance lead‑generation business.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for law‑firm clients and wholesale partners, managing all client‑facing communication.
• Drive campaign launch processes, translating sales paperwork into operational lead delivery while ensuring all intake criteria are met.
• Own the technical distribution platform (LeadDistro), configuring campaign builds, routing logic, filters, caps, integrations and performing daily QA/QC.
• Resolve lead‑quality disputes by reconciling delivery data with client records and applying credit or replacement decisions.
• Lead a small team (Account Manager and Admin Support) to maintain a high‑velocity daily operating cadence.
• Maintain Monday.com as the single source of truth for campaign status and keep SOPs up‑to‑date.
• Coordinate with fulfillment partners and call centres to monitor volume, pacing and quality, holding them accountable.

Required profile

• Data‑driven operator with a strong focus on client success and technical performance marketing.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end client relationships in a B2B environment.
• Experience leading small operational teams and driving process efficiency.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills for dispute resolution and quality control.
