Associate Manager, Technology and Data, Performance Management

About the role

As an Associate Manager in Technology and Data for Performance Management, you will join Bacardi’s Finance Tech and Data team. You will be responsible for delivering and continuously improving the technology solutions that support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analytics across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and enhance financial planning and analytics platforms such as IBM Planning Analytics and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Translate budgeting, forecasting and reporting requirements into scalable system solutions and ensure seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA, Group Reporting and BI tools.
• Standardise planning, forecasting and management‑reporting processes, develop KPIs, dashboards and self‑service analytics.
• Provide day‑to‑day support for planning applications, manage incidents, enhancements and release cycles, and act as the liaison between Finance users, technology teams and external partners.
• Offer functional advisory to Performance Management and FP&A teams, optimise models and reporting practices, and drive adoption of analytics tools.
• Partner with Finance and Data teams to define data models, maintain data quality and ensure consistency across planning and actuals.
• Support project delivery, change management and mentor junior members of the technology organisation.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of financial planning processes and SAP FI/CO, S/4HANA Finance.
• Knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset, Bank, Cost, Product and Profit Center accounting.
• Proven project‑management experience with recognised methodologies, standards and tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to quickly adopt Bacardi‑specific SAP configurations.
