About the role
As a Customer Care Specialist in Air Logistics at Kuehne+Nagel, you will ensure operational excellence and deliver exceptional service to current, new, and potential clients, supporting them with daily air freight challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively monitor import and export air shipments, record milestones and communicate any deviations to customers.
- Act as an escalation point for claims, perform root‑cause analysis using internal tools and manage the resolution process.
- Evaluate operational and financial data, manage action plans based on KPIs and business intelligence reports to optimise processes.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and customers, ensuring clear and proactive communication.
Required profile
- Experience in air freight operations, products and services.
- Background in freight forwarding, logistics providers or international transportation companies.
- Ability to manage business relationships, handle customer requirements and resolve issues effectively.
- Basic to intermediate level of spoken and written English.
Required skills
- Knowledge of air freight operations and claim handling.
- Ability to analyse KPIs and business intelligence data.
- Strong customer communication skills.
