About the role
Amazon Ads is seeking a customer‑obsessed Account Manager to drive the onboarding and growth of first‑time advertisers on the Amazon Advertising platform. You will work closely with the sales team to design media strategies, launch campaigns and ensure advertisers achieve their business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Become a knowledgeable partner on Amazon Advertising solutions and drive incremental revenue for new advertisers.
- Partner with the sales team to create media strategies, forecast cross‑product and cross‑channel campaigns, and develop initial media plans.
- Manage end‑to‑end campaign launches, including creative and placement guidance, SLA adherence, and accurate booking.
- Accelerate prospecting of first‑time advertisers by responding to RFPs and providing inventory forecasts.
- Support product expansion through cross‑channel forecasts and media proposals.
- Align with customers and sales on KPIs, measurement set‑up, and campaign success metrics.
- Drive account growth by delivering weekly upsell recommendations, mid‑ and end‑of‑campaign reporting, and performance analyses.
Required profile
- Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering friction‑free advertiser experiences.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work with Account Executives, Sales Account Managers, Creative & Campaign Managers, and Ad Operations.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet tight launch timelines.
- Analytical mindset to forecast media mixes and evaluate campaign performance.
