Project Manager – Creative Advertising Campaigns

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the delivery of creative advertising campaigns from concept through evaluation. Reporting to a Program Manager, you will work closely with directors, designers, developers, and quality teams across North America and LATAM to ensure projects are on time, on budget, and meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end campaign delivery, including concepting, development, execution, trafficking, and evaluation.
• Ensure team adoption of project tools and workflows (Smartsheet, Figma) and facilitate clear communication among creatives, strategists, production, and account teams.
• Identify blockers early, propose solutions, and keep projects moving forward.
• Lead small to medium‑size projects (budget under $500K, teams of ≤10) with guidance from senior leadership.
• Maintain a big‑picture view of integrated campaigns, aligning all components within the ecosystem.
• Act as internal point of contact, run meetings, record actions, flag risks, and communicate status to clients.
• Perform financial analysis, report project health, and participate in retrospectives.
• Mentor emerging talent and champion best practices across the discipline.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience managing digital projects in agencies or marketing environments.
• Background delivering integrated campaigns (site builds, e‑commerce, microsites, marketing campaigns).
• Strong interest and passion for the advertising industry and client work.
