Workday Integration Specialist

About the role

AspenView is seeking a Workday Integration Specialist to join a high‑impact identity governance program on a contract basis. The specialist will design, build, and test the integration of Workday HCM as the authoritative identity source into a modern Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform, enabling reliable Joiner‑Mover‑Leaver automation across Workday, ServiceNow and Active Directory.

Key responsibilities

• Design and configure the Workday HCM connector for joiner, mover, and leaver event processing.
• Build, test, and validate real‑time or near‑real‑time event processing.
• Author the Workday integration design document as a primary deliverable.
• Define and document attribute mapping and transformation from Workday into the IGA platform.
• Leverage Workday supervisory organization hierarchy for approval routing.
• Establish reconciliation processes and identity‑state validation to ensure data integrity.
• Support the transition of existing JML automation (Workday → ServiceNow → Active Directory) into the new IGA layer.
• Provide hands‑on support during integration testing and go‑live.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience designing and implementing Workday integrations.
• Familiarity with Identity Governance and Administration concepts.
• Ability to work within European time zones.
• Contract‑day‑rate availability.
