Workday Data and Reporting Analyst

About the role

The Workday Data and Reporting Analyst will ensure accurate data and reporting within BrandSafway's Workday system. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve data issues, and support data‑driven decision making across HR functions.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to meet current and future business needs.
• Manage case‑management tickets, prioritize requests, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Identify data discrepancies, test updates, and apply changes following governance policies.
• Support migration activities between Workday tenants and collaborate with other Workday pillars on strategic road‑maps.
• Maintain a report repository and develop testing scripts to ensure report quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of HR reporting experience and at least 1 year with Workday reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with all leadership levels.
• Passion for process improvement, knowledge sharing, and delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to balance transactional work with project‑based initiatives.
