Weekend Client Support Specialist – Remote (South America)

About the role

Learner is seeking a Weekend Client Support Specialist to provide timely assistance to families and tutors outside regular business hours. This part‑time, fully remote position is ideal for an entry‑level professional who enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls, emails, texts, and support tickets during a 6‑hour shift on Saturday or Sunday.
• Assist parents, students, and tutors with routine questions, account requests, tutoring restarts, package upgrades, and scheduling.
• Identify revenue opportunities by encouraging families to continue or restart tutoring services.
• Document conversations accurately in internal systems and escalate complex issues to the weekday team.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of customer‑service, call‑center, receptionist, or phone‑based support experience.
• Fluent spoken and written English with clear, professional phone etiquette.
• Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls, especially with U.S.‑based customers.
• Friendly, patient, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently with reliable attendance.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system.
