Web Builder – Event Registration Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Web Builder who will design, build and maintain registration websites and mobile applications for events. Working remotely from Costa Rica, you will collaborate with planning teams and clients to deliver on‑brand, data‑rich digital experiences that support smooth event execution.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain event registration sites and mobile apps using pre‑defined templates and client guidelines.
• Configure registration pathways, invitation uploads, room blocks, roommate assignments, activities and reporting within the Cvent platform.
• Test websites and apps for functionality, data accuracy and user experience before launch.
• Ensure branding consistency across all digital touchpoints while meeting service level agreements.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for live events.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (C1 level) with strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Comfortable adapting to evolving technology and learning new platform capabilities quickly.

Required skills

• Cvent meeting management platform.
• HTML coding for web pages.
• Mobile app building knowledge.
