About the role

Join NexusTours as a Watersports Sales Agent and become the bridge between travelers and unforgettable water‑based experiences in Costa Rica. You will work onsite at the Planet Hollywood location, providing personalized service and promoting a range of tours, excursions, and activities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify guest needs and recommend suitable watersports tours and activities.
• Promote and sell tours, excursions, and related tourism services.
• Provide destination information, including attractions and local services.
• Follow up with potential customers to build lasting relationships.
• Achieve sales targets while ensuring high guest satisfaction.
• Collect guest feedback to support continuous service improvement.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales and customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle guest experiences with care.
• Adaptability to changing situations and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
