Warehouse Supervisor I

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor leads the material handling team, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met while driving continuous improvement in a medical device manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership across shipping, receiving, warehouse, kitting, and cycle counting functions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, legal regulations, and the company’s Quality Management System.
• Develop and use metrics to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
• Maintain the cycle count program and leverage results to improve ERP data integrity.
• Supervise staff, manage time‑and‑attendance, and deliver training on general and product‑specific skills.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of warehousing and materials management experience, preferably in medical device manufacturing.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Experience monitoring, managing, and reporting performance metrics.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Made2Manage or a similar ERP system.
• Advanced MS Office Suite skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles for process improvement.
• Understanding of ERP/MRP business functions.
