Warehouse Supervisor I

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor leads the material handling team in a medical device manufacturing environment, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership across shipping, receiving, warehouse, kitting, and cycle counting functions.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 13485, legal regulations, and company quality management system.
• Develop and use metrics to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
• Plan, organize, and schedule departmental activities to meet production and product development needs.
• Supervise staff, manage time‑and‑attendance, and deliver training on general and product‑specific skills.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, logistics, or related field.
• At least 4 years of warehousing and materials management experience, preferably in medical device manufacturing.
• Intermediate English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership potential.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Experience using Made2Manage or a similar ERP system.
• Understanding and implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP business functions.
