Pricing Coordinator

About the role
The Pricing Coordinator processes rate requests for drayage movements, ensuring they align with company services and policies. The role involves providing accurate quotes and supporting the pricing team.
Key responsibilities
- Provide email quotes to customers across CPG terminals.
- Check that customers are not on the “Do Not Quote” list and loads are not in the “Do Not Service” category.
- Review extra‑fee services such as overweight, hazmat, etc., and obtain pricing from the Transportation Rate Tool (TRT).
- Escalate cases where the customer is not available in TRT and assist teammates with assigned quote requests.
Required profile
- Experience in logistics and drayage.
- Strong attention to detail and proactiveness.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Advanced English communication skills.
Required skills
- Computer proficiency with multiple programs and accurate data entry.
