Visual Designer

About the role

The Visual Designer will support the creation and maintenance of high‑quality digital and web design deliverables. You will help enhance existing websites and digital experiences, ensuring visual consistency across all online touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update digital assets for websites, product pages, and other online channels.
• Support ongoing website maintenance and content updates.
• Design layouts, banners, graphics, and visual elements that follow brand guidelines.
• Edit and optimise images using Photoshop and related tools.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders on design requests.
• Contribute to UX improvements through thoughtful visual design and web best practices.
• Organise design files, components, and reusable assets in Figma.
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in digital, web, or graphic design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma (or similar) and Adobe Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, composition, colour and visual hierarchy.
• Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles and user‑centred design.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (written and verbal).
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and web design projects.
