Visual Design Lead

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Visual Design Lead to create impactful graphics that are coherent, consistent, and uniquely compelling. The role combines visual fundamentals with strategic creativity to deliver high‑quality design solutions for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple visual design projects from concept to delivery, managing timelines, estimations, and plans.
• Coordinate and supervise cross‑functional design teams, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Act as the primary client‑facing designer, building trust and meeting stakeholder expectations.
• Integrate accessibility considerations such as color contrast, size, and readability into all designs.
• Collaborate with Agile, Waterfall, or other methodology teams to align design deliverables with project cycles.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in visual or graphic design and creative team management.
• Minimum education: High School Diploma.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to produce a strong portfolio showcasing aesthetic and strategic solutions.
• Open‑minded, flexible, and optimistic when adapting to change.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, Design Thinking, Interaction Design, and Accessibility Design.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall work cycles.
• Design for mobile platforms (iOS guidelines, Material Design, Responsive Web Design).
• Creation of static, dynamic, and animated banner products.
