Visual Designer II

About the role

Concentrix, a global technology and services leader, is seeking a Visual Designer II to own the visual design of content across client and internal digital platforms. You will conceptualize and execute compelling designs that enhance the consumer journey while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to meet brand and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design and create visual assets for specific commercial and brand moments.
• Adjust and crop assets for various digital retail spaces and platforms.
• Select the best assets to communicate the intended message and support copy creation or recommendations.
• Partner with CDM, business stakeholders and authors to ensure best‑in‑class implementation.
• Collaborate with the CDM team to maintain a cohesive brand identity across all platforms.
• Maintain a prioritized project list, track status in the online tracking tool, and ensure delivery timelines are met.
• Communicate project status regularly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience in visual design and asset creation.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work confidently within cross‑functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for brand consistency.
