Senior Product Designer (Remote – Costa Rica)

About the role

Very is looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the end‑to‑end design process for client‑facing products. You will work remotely from Costa Rica, collaborating directly with clients from discovery through launch, and help shape solutions in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full product design arc, from problem definition to shipped product.
• Run discovery workshops, alignment sessions, and user feedback loops with clients.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure design intent is realized.
• Maintain design quality through design QA and iterative improvements.
• Integrate AI‑assisted tools into the workflow while preserving human judgment.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of professional product design experience.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguous problems and shifting briefs.
• Proven ability to deliver outcomes, not just artifacts.
• Experience working directly with clients and cross‑functional teams.
