Valet Attendant

About the role

The Valet Attendant ensures safe parking and retrieval of vehicles, golf carts and club shuttles while providing courteous transportation support for members, guests and staff within the Club premises. The role also includes maintaining clean and organized parking areas and delivering a high level of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing members and guests promptly and professionally.
• Park and retrieve vehicles, golf carts and shuttles in designated zones.
• Transport members, guests and staff around the Club.
• Assist with luggage, packages, wheelchairs and other belongings.
• Keep vehicles clean, monitor tire pressure, lights, brakes, fuel and safety equipment.
• Maintain tidy parking and loading areas.
• Provide directions and assistance as needed.
• Support other departments with errands, small deliveries or pick‑ups.
• Record usage, mileage and hours when required.
• Attend department meetings and trainings.

Required profile

• Valid B1 driver’s license with a clean record meeting insurance requirements.
• At least 6 months of customer‑service experience, preferably in luxury hospitality or a club setting.
• Professional, courteous and service‑oriented attitude.
• Strong sense of responsibility, safety awareness and reliability.
• Ability to stay calm during peak periods and work well in a team.

Required skills

• Safe operation of cars, golf carts and multi‑passenger vans.
• Basic vehicle cleaning and maintenance.
• Clear communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
